Vice President of Program Management – Space Platforms
 

Thomas Boe is SA Photonics’ Vice President of Program Management for Space Platforms. He has an excellent history of technical, cost, and schedule performance on programs either directly or via subordinate PMs, and has previously served as a Director of Engineering with a staff of 380+ as well as the director of a business group with annual revenue >$108M. Mr. Boe is highly experienced in developing and implementing business development plans, supporting IR&D, investment and personnel management at both the Business Area and Business Group level. His education is in Electrical Engineering, he is PMP certified, and has over 40 years of experience as a development program PM, with a history of developing specialized signal processing and laser communication space flight systems.
